Projects located outside this region — particularly within London — may be subject to a revised fee to reflect increased project complexity, travel, and coordination requirements. Any adjustments will be clearly agreed in advance.

Timeline: 4-7 weeks

- Detailed Building Regulations drawings
- Basic construction details
- Coordination with structural engineer (information exchange)
Full service – Design to completion
Fee: £5,00-£8,750
Timeline: project dependent
Includes everything above, plus:
- Detailed design development throughout
- Coordination with consultants and contractor
- Up to 4 site visits during construction
